Job description
Release and Deployment:Coordinate with development teams to receive final builds for deployment.Ensure release packages contain necessary documentation, assets, and configurations.Plan and execute deployments, considering market-specific needs and schedules.Configure applications to meet regional requirements and app store regulations (e.g., certificates).App Store Submission & Monitoring:Submit apps to Apple App Store and Google Play, with tailored metadata and descriptions.Monitor the approval process and resolve issues promptly.Oversee deployment, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and verify functionality in each market.Reporting & Optimization:Compile detailed reports on deployment processes and outcomes.Gather feedback for future improvements and update deployment playbooks.Experience in coordinating and managing software releases, with a focus on mobile applications.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple regional deployments simultaneously.Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, particularly those that support mobile app deployment.Familiarity with automation tools to streamline the deployment process.Experience with the submission and approval processes for major app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).Knowledge of app store guidelines, metadata requirements, and region-specific considerations.Familiarity with canary and other types of releases.Proficiency in setting up and configuring applications for different markets.Experience with localization and regionalization settings in mobile apps (this will require minimal code changes).Focus on post-deployment testing, ensuring the app functions correctly in all targeted markets.Ability to perform smoke tests and validate the deployment’s success.Skilled in monitoring deployments and quickly responding to any issues.Capable of providing immediate fixes and rolling back deployments if necessary.Ability to make small code changes, build, and test for both iOS and Android (e.g., update build assets, configure deep links, update build variables as needed for specific needs).Able to automate manual processes via scripting or other tooling solutions.Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must.High level of autonomy in a laid-back environment.Great learning and networking opportunities with experienced colleagues.An international and multicultural squad.Certifications and Training, partnerships.License for online tech platform and others.Job Rotation.Flexible & partial home office policy.Great chances for career growth.Team building and engagement events (online & offline).
