This position requires an enthusiastic approach to managing multi-functional core teams and to ensure project deliverables are complete according to agreed metrics including quality, financials and timing.
You assist other project team members on following the agreed global processes like AMPIP, directives and requirements, to report project status and any documentation required for Gate Reviews and for Operational Product Committee (OPC) meetings.Module PTL will have the possibility to shape the role with needs of systems engineering together with NPI PMO team. This position will act as proofing ground for project managing the integration of mechatronic systems to vehicles.Major Accountability
-Lead cross-functional team in module projects assigned to you
-Secure project results and deliverables with agreed quality in time
-Improve continuously global processes for module and also for system projects in future
-Present and report project status for stakeholders from different leadership levelsJob Responsibilities:
-Facilitate team meetings, track and follow up tasks and progresses, collect notes, report status
-Search for alignments and compromises between the different opinions and functions
-Train processes and support with functional deliverables and templates motivating and assisting other project team membersMinimum Qualifications:
-Marketing, Engineering, Product Support or Product management Experience Required
-Good level of understanding of New Product Development/Introduction (NPI) procedures, responsibilities -and tools (AMPIP)
-Experience or willingness to learn system engineering and MBSE methods
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Flexible team player with good attention into details and time management
-Cost and quality awareness and above-average commitment
-Knowledge of MS Office, Windchill and SAPOur Benefits
