Lonza has a strong track record in the manufacturing of BioConjugates from early clinical to large scale commercial supplies. Our dedicated Protein Conjugation Plant facility (PCP) is recognized as a center of excellence for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) as well as other classes of BioConjugates. We are experiencing an increased demand in this area and as part of Lonza’s Ibex® Dedicate model, new BioConjugation suites will be built out within a pre-existing shell.In the position of MSAT Bioconjugates cleaning expert, you will play a crucial role in the network between the different departments as manufacturing, development, quality assurance and control. Become part of this great opportunity and apply now!about what a career at Lonza in Visp, Switzerland could look like!Key Responsibilities:Part of the MSAT Team, fulfilling the tasks of a cleaning responsible chemist in daily businessCollaborate with the responsible project team (bioprocess engineer, plant supervisor, engineering, QA, QC) and ensure continuous and conceptional process optimization related to cleaning procedures. This includes single-use as well as multi-purpose equipment for the production of different cancer therapeutics in the PCP (protein conjugation plant) and IBEX productions suitesEditing of instructions and working documents (SOPs, MCRs) for cleaning processesRepresent the MSAT cleaning team during audits and inspections by authorities and customersSupport the project teams for preparation, documentation or processing of deviations as well as for technical questions related to cleaning proceduresExecution of tasks in the GMP environmentKey Requirements:PhD or equivalent experience, MSc ,BSc chemistry/process technology/biotechnology from university of applied sciences, comparable qualification or HF with several years of professional experienceFluent in English required, German fluency is desiredExperience in pharmaceutical production and GMP environmentSolution-oriented workingStrong communication skills, empathy as well as high motivation and assertivenessGreat initiative and independent workOpenness to continuous improvement processEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
