Location: Malta On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts (07:00 – 15:30 / 15:30- 00:00), 5x week
Contract: Indefinite, Full-Time

We’re looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in sunny Malta!In this hybrid role (70% customer support, 30% content moderation), you’ll interact via email and chat only, helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets

What Were Looking For:Basic technical skills (MS Office Excel, Word)Fast learner with strong attention to detailAbility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekendsNo prior experience required full training provided!Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival)Salary & Benefits:

• 1625 to 1990 euros/monthly
