The RoleReporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this dynamic role puts you at the heart of our customer relationships. You’ll take charge of managing multiple key accounts, engaging daily with top-tier clients, and driving sales growth across a carefully curated portfolio of leading retailers in the convenience channel.   • Manage retail and wholesale key accounts to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Deliver sustainable sales growth across key retailers including FFI, Henderson’s, Musgrave, Costcutter, and Independent groups.
  • Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Team to manage forecasting, address supply issues, and evaluate promotional effectiveness to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, including promotions, pricing, and new product developments.
  • Conduct store audits as required to ensure market standards and identify opportunities.
  • Influence store-level decisions to enhance space allocation and positioning for Sofina’s branded range.
  • Maintain an accurate route plan reflecting both existing customers and potential new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Telesales to drive order generation and processing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in partnership with the National Sales Manager, developing actionable plans to grow Sofina’s market presence.
