My client is looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join their team! They are a finance/insurance company based in central Stockholm.What we’re looking for:

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Leadership Skills: Previous experience as a tech lead or lead developer.
• Cloud Mastery: Hands-on experience with Azure and DevOps.
• Frontend Knowledge (Bonus!): While not essential, frontend skills will give you an edge.
• Pragmatic Problem-Solving: A knack for prioritizing tasks and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Top-Notch Communication: Ability to collaborate with customers and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• SCRUM Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with SCRUM Master responsibilities is a plus.
• Tech Enthusiast: Interest or experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices architecture.
• Finance Industry Knowledge: Experience in finance, especially in security, is highly desirable.
