We’re Hiring: Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead – Oslo (In-House Role)Are you an experienced fullstack developer ready to take on a central role in shaping a fast-growing internal tech team? Our client-one of Norway’s leading travel brands-is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead to join their in-house development environment at their centrally located Oslo HQ.This is a permanent role with long-term impact and exciting technical ownership.About the RoleAs part of a close-knit IT department of 20+ people, you’ll be working on innovative, business-critical travel solutions for a well-known brand with a strong digital footprint. The company is scaling its internal development capabilities and you’ll play a key part in shaping both architecture and culture.The position offers a wide variety of tasks, from system design and architecture to hands-on coding, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.Your Responsibilities

• Act as Tech Lead and system architect, guiding best practices across .NET and React ecosystems
• Mentor team members and collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and operations
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations used across internal and customer-facing platforms
• Lead the development of new digital services and enhance existing self-service booking systems
• Improve internal workflows through smart automation and digital tools
• Contribute to the technical strategy around CMS, CRM, BI, financial systems, and event solutions
• Champion “security by design” and own smooth handovers to operations
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and bring forward ideas that improve the product experience

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8+ years of fullstack development experience, ideally in enterprise-grade systems
• Strong skills in .NET / .NET Core, MVC, MS SQL, and React
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and ideally GraphQL
• A DevOps mindset and experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English
• A collaborative, humble personality with a strong sense of ownership
• Curiosity for the industry and a desire to understand the full business context
