Management Events is seeking Key Client Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-level decision-makers. How do these roles contribute to the company’s growth?As a Key Client Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing C-suite clients.What will you do?
– Identify and engage with high-level decision-makers in your target market market
– Initiate contact with C-level Executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about our concept
– Demonstrate the value of our service and convince them to become part of our exclusive business network in personal scheduled videocall meetings
– Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives
– Learn more about their interests, investments plans and upcoming projects
– Develop and execute strategies to expand our network and build valuable relationships, by knowing your customers key challenges and focus areas
– Contribute to the overall growth and success of Management EventsWhat do we expect?

– Have a passion for connecting with key industry players and driving business growth
– Proactive approach and eagerness towards connecting with new clients and overcoming challenges
– Ideally experience in a commercial and/or client-facing role (e.g. hospitality, sales, customer service, etc.)
– Fluency in French and English is a MUST: Fluency in French is essential for this role, as you will manage key accounts and maintain daily communication with French-speaking clients. This requires not only clear, professional language skills but also a strong understanding of cultural nuances to build trust, ensure alignment, and deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
