You will lead and mentor a team of 8 network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
You will ensure network performance and availability, managing all network incidents with the team accordance with our SLA.
You will oversee the administration and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
You will ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our IT network.
You will manage IT network-related projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
You will identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency optimization within the IT network environment.
You will manage yearly budget and ensure spending are respected , identify saving opportunities, etc.
You will be part of an on-call 24/7 and morning start rotation.
Your skills:
You have a Master degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
You have at least 7 years of networking experience and proven initial experience as a technical lead (min 3 year) in a regulated industry (ideally banking).
You have strong technical expertise in network protocols, firewall configuration, and network equipment configuration.
You have excellent communication skills in English and french, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within deadlines.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, PaloAlto, F5) are a plus. ITIL certification is essential.
