Our technology is used in more than 90% of data centers around the world and is trusted by many Fortune 500 companies.We are currently searching for a skilled Network Solution Engineer to join our dynamic Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to deliver professional services projects, handle technical account management, and manage customer support. You’ll be responsible for architecture design, the deployment and configuration of SSH encryption products, and customer training. Your role will also involve independently handling service requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support via remote connections, phone, and email.Key Responsibilities

• Handle 2nd level customer support tickets and monitor the support queue as part of the support team
• Manage customer requests and technical questions.
• Support and consult customers on network and encryption solution deployment.
• Support sales as technical solution engineer.
• Conduct technical account management with regular weekly or bi-weekly calls to key customers.
• Develop and implement integration scripts using SSH product RestAPIs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in Linux system or network/firewall administration and engineering within an enterprise environment.
• Good knowledge of application-level network security in Linux environments (e.g., SSH and TLS).
• Experience deploying security software in enterprise settings.
• Excellent understanding of Ethernet and IP network technologies (Layer 2 and Layer 3).
• Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential, with Finnish language skills required to effectively communicate with our customer base.

Preferred Experience

• PKI and certificate management.
• Considerable expertise in Unix shell scripting and other programming languages such as Python or Perl.
• Routing protocols and configuration skills.
