Nordic HR Director to Konica Minolta – BallerupA great opportunity to take on a role as Nordic HR Director, where you will head a team of HR Partners across the Nordics and support with training and development concepts and activities as well as being an advisor to the Nordic Management team, and the Cluster Managing Director. You will collaborate with Konica Minolta’s European head office in Germany, while still having a key role and levy to influence concepts and processes yourself.About Konica Minolta in the NordicsKonica Minolta in the Nordics have around 450 engaged individuals working with Sales and Service Management of their innovative BtB technical products and solutions. The Nordic head office is in Ballerup, where you will have your primary base. In each of the Nordic countries, an HR Business Partner support with local HR support and recruitments. In other words, there is a strong foundation on which you can drive Change and Growth as part of an ongoing transformation in the organisation.Your jobYour primary objective will be to initiate and drive a “Growth Mindset” and continuously update and standardise processes, design, and HR-procedures and -initiatives to support this growth. You will spearhead the HR organisation as a value-adding contributor to the business and Nordic Management team that you will be part of.As Konica Minolta is in an ongoing transformation in sales structures, approaches and mindsets, there is an increasing need for alignment between business strategies and HR initiatives. Your room to operate will be wide and offers great opportunities to influence priorities and activities.You can expect and must be able to navigate between strategic, tactical, and limited operational tasks. Other tasks will be to:

  • develop and execute an HR strategy that supports the business strategies.
  • initiate and implement improvements for the business, including in such areas as remuneration policy, incentive systems, training, and communication.
  • cooperate with Cluster Nordic Board in implementing HR policies and tools.
  • support and advise business line managers and executives on matters related to personnel management.
  • actively participate in recruitment processes for top positions.
  • prepare the annual people plan and revise and adjust budgets accordingly.
  • coordinate the process of career path planning and succession.
  • cooperate with trade unions and be hands-on in the negotiations.
  • Participate in pan-European HR development projects.

Your profileMost importantly, you have a passion for making a difference – to people and processes. Next to this, you want to both set the cornerstones and make the plans, as well as defining the processes in detail and execute the plans – directly and through your team members. At all times, you master the fine balance between caring for others and appreciating that there is a business to operate.In your communication, you are clear and convincing, and you excel in stakeholder management and can establish relations at all levels in an organisation and across markets. Your mindset is international and with an acknowledgement of local differences, and you treat others with understanding. While being proactive and passionate, you are also pragmatic and choose to spend time on tasks that make a true difference.Professionally, you have a broad and versatile HR profile, and with specific experience in HR partnering and people development and training initiatives. Furthermore, your experience includes following:

  • Practical and regularly updated knowledge covering all areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge about and experience in recruitment, administration, and comp&ben.
  • A broad understanding of HR-legal issues.
  • Academic credentials on B.Sc. or M.Sc. level.
  • People management or team-lead experience from leading HR professionals.
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PP and Word) and used to navigate in HR-systems.
  • Native language in one of the Scandinavian languages and high proficiency in English.
