You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Nordic Marketing Communication Manager within the Nordic Marketing Organization BU Professional Organization, based in Denmark with Signify.This role is responsible for leading the Nordic BU Professional Marketing Communications team, which includes dedicated Marketing Communication Specialists and interns across the Nordics. Main tasks include:Promoting new launches and existing products, systems, and services to targeted segments and channels. Creating compelling marketing communications and contributing to increasing brand preference in the NordicsBeing responsible for the realization of MIP activities for all new products as part of the launch plan, ensuring timely availability for optimal market introductionTranslating marketing objectives into a yearly marcom plan, specifying required deliverables and projects according to the guidelinesManaging agencies within the strategy and guidelines of SignifyBeing responsible for the planning and realization of marcom activities and deliverables, ensuring consistency, brand image, required quality, and adherence to budgetMore about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Strong leadership and customer-centric communication skills, preferably gained within a matrix organization involving multiple internal stakeholdersProven leadership and organizational development capabilities, with experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports. Skilled at recognizing individual contributions while effectively planning resources and projects across the teamSolid digital marketing background with a demonstrated track record of executing successful campaigns targeting professional customer segmentsHighly adaptable in localizing creative and engaging customer content, with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance using data and metrics for informed, data-driven decisionsExcellent project management skills, including co-developing detailed Sales and Marketing plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and budgets aligned with company strategy, sub-segments, and application areasA strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, committed to delivering results on timeDemonstrate excellent English language skills (written and spoken) and fluency in one or more Nordic languages to effectively engage with diverse stakeholdersEverything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
