- Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for fitness technology inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Educate clients on product features, usage tips, and best practices
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed on product updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technology or fitness industries is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Genuine interest in fitness and technology
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
