• Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for fitness technology inquiries
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
• Educate clients on product features, usage tips, and best practices
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed on product updates and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technology or fitness industries is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Genuine interest in fitness and technology
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
