If you are fluent in a Nordic language, eager to learn, and passionate about helping people, we would love to have you on our team!Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements:
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English is required.
- No recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to support candidates.
- Basic knowledge of online recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A passion for beginning a career in recruitment and connecting talent with opportunities.
