You will play a key role in connecting talented candidates with great job opportunities. If you are fluent in a Nordic language, eager to learn, and passionate about helping people, we would love to have you on our team!Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English is required.
• No recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to support candidates.
• Basic knowledge of online recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A passion for beginning a career in recruitment and connecting talent with opportunities.
