Join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist and make a significant impact on the Norwegian online marketing landscape!Position: Digital Marketing SpecialistDescription: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving business operations and identifying growth opportunities through digital advertising campaigns.Purpose of the Role: In this role, you will become a trusted advisor for Norwegian companies regarding their online advertising campaigns. You will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the larger sales team’s success in increasing our client customer base across EMEA.Requirements:

• C1 level of Norwegian minimum.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferable).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B) (preferable).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising with a keen desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply advertising solutions for businesses and agencies
• Provide strategic advice to improve ROI on advertising investments
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, upsell, and promote Google products
• Communicate proactively with clients via phone, video conference, and email

Starting date: January or later starting date (let us know your flexibility);Benefits:

• Full-time position (39h/week, Monday-Friday)
• Salary starting at €25,500/year (negotiable) + up to €4,500/year in bonuses
