- Expert knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and best practices
- Proficient in conducting health assessments and risk assessments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with health surveillance programs and data analysis
QualificationsWe are seeking a highly motivated individual possessing the following qualifications:
- NMC Level One registration
- Relevant OH Diploma or Degree (essential)
- SCPHN (preferable)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment or similar setting is highly advantageous.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams (Operations Management, HR, Health & Safety, Senior Leadership, and employees).
- Understanding of and ability to support union relations concerning occupational health.
