Live and work in one of the most scenic areas of Norway!We are recruiting two nurses on behalf of a municipality in Sogn og Fjordane, located at the heart of Western Norway. These are permanent full-time positions in a well-managed and supportive healthcare system.The municipality is situated at the innermost part of the famous Sognefjord, offering a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by breathtaking nature with endless opportunities for hiking, fishing, kayaking and outdoor activities.Available positions:
- 1 nurse for a nursing home (long-term care, rehabilitation, palliative care and short-term emergency ward)
- 1 nurse for home nursing services, working independently with patients in their homes, supported by an experienced team

Qualifications:
- Authorization as a registered nurse in an EU/EEA country
- Willingness to learn Norwegian (minimum B2 level required, we provide free language course with private teacher)
- Experience in elderly care or dementia care is an advantage
- Experience with leadership or team coordination is a plus
- Valid police clearance and health certificate (tuberculosis and MRSA) required before starting

- Strong interest in geriatric nursing and elderly care
- Positive, proactive and responsible
- Willing to learn and grow professionally
- Good collaboration skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexible and solution-focused
