About the Nutrition Dialogues ProgrammeThe Nutrition Dialogues programme is a collaborative initiative by World Vision International (WV) and 4SD Foundation, aiming to mobilize stakeholders, especially children and women from communities at risk, foster partnerships and advance the global nutrition goals. This initiative is designed to support dialogue convenors, mostly from civil society, in organizing dialogues and acting toward improving nutrition outcomes. The insights and results from dialogues are gathered in feedback forms prepared by convenors. 4SD will synthesize all feedback forms available by 31 December 2024 in a global synthesis that will feed into the preparation of the Nutrition for Growth Summit in Paris on 27-28 March 2025.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to oversee 4SD’s contributions to the Nutrition Dialogues programme. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating with various stakeholders, driving project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and enhancing the programme’s overall impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with WV, including drafting agendas, providing updates, and documenting actionable meeting notes.
  • Engage with WV team members to address issues and implement agreed actions.
  • Support mobilizing partner engagement through regular check-ins and outreach to potential partners.
  • Maintain active engagement with the offices of the N4G Special Envoy and SUN Movement Coordinator.

Project Management and Communication:

  • Track programme milestones and communicate deadlines and necessary actions to team members.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries via the Nutrition Dialogues email inbox, often in collaboration with the communication officer and website developer.
  • Organize training sessions, orientations, and other events, managing logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure efficient management of feedback forms from Convenors of Nutrition Dialogues and organize their preliminary review and cataloguing.

Content Development and Improvement:

  • Propose enhancements to the Nutrition Dialogues Portal to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to programme communications, including newsletters and updates, in collaboration with the communication officer.
  • Prepare reports to donors to the Nutrition Dialogues initiative Assist in assessing programme impact.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Keep abreast of developments in global nutrition and share insights with the team.
  • Regularly review strategy and work plans with the 4SD team.
  • Suggest innovative actions to ensure the success and growth of the Nutrition Dialogues programme.
  • Contribute to shaping and fundraising for the second phase of the Nutrition Dialogues programme.

Additional Expectations

  • Participation in daily check-ins with the 4SD team to provide updates and maintain alignment.
  • Participation in regular team strategy and planning meetings of 4SD Foundation.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within international development.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with global nutrition initiatives and stakeholders, including N4G and SUN.
  • Strong technical aptitude to manage email inquiries and online platforms effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse and virtual teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
