- Leading a multi-disciplinary OH team (they’re brilliant)
- Delivering gold-standard OH services across a diverse client base
- Balancing strategic oversight with hands on clinical work
- Owning complex case reviews with confidence and clarity
- Driving service quality and keeping clients coming back for more
What We’re Looking For:
- NMC Registered (and/or NMBI) – Parts 1 & 3
- Occupational Health qualification or substantial experience in OH
- Someone who can lead from the front and roll up their sleeves when needed
- You get people: your team, your clients, your patients
