• Leading a multi-disciplinary OH team (they’re brilliant)
• Delivering gold-standard OH services across a diverse client base
• Balancing strategic oversight with hands on clinical work
• Owning complex case reviews with confidence and clarity
• Driving service quality and keeping clients coming back for more

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC Registered (and/or NMBI) – Parts 1 & 3
• Occupational Health qualification or substantial experience in OH
• Someone who can lead from the front and roll up their sleeves when needed
• You get people: your team, your clients, your patients
