As an office apprentice specializing in administration, you will receive both practical and theoretical training, where communication and process optimization play a key role. The two-year programme combines administrative tasks with nine one-week school modules. Throughout the program, you will gradually take on more responsibility and independent work areas.A DAY WITH EXCITING TASKS AND DEDICATED COLLEAGUES
You will become part of NAME IT, which designs and sells clothing for children and teenagers aged 0-16. With us, you’ll experience a high energy level, and a positive atmosphere combined with colleagues who believe that we are strongest together.
As an office apprentice in our Sales Support department, you will collaborate broadly across departments. You will play a key role in handling administrative, coordinating, and practical tasks.YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE

• Daily order processing and follow-up on orders
• Coordinating and updating lists and sales materials for international sales teams
• Participating planning and preparing of sales meetings – including preparation and updates of catalogues, assortments, showrooms
• Contributing to the optimization of processes and cross-departmental collaboration
• Close dialogue with buying, logistics, and sales to ensure efficient information and flow of goods (such as distribution, parcel follow up etc.)
• Communication and collaboration with our departments in Denmark and our sales countries
• Ad hoc tasks and solving practical challenges.

• Completion of a relevant qualifying upper secondary education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of both Danish and English, written and spoken.
