Have you been praised for your proactive and solution-oriented approach to work?If you responded YES, this position might be for you!We are looking for an Office Assistant to join Elan Capital Management’s team in a permanent, full-time position. You will be working on-site at Elan Capital Management’s Helsinki office, at Runeberginkatu 14-16. The role is brand new, and you will collaborate closely with the Helsinki team, consisting of 9 people, as well as the UK Office Manager and the Head of HR.Elan Capital Management is an investment manager with offices in London, Singapore and Helsinki. It is authorised and regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority, UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.In your day-to-day, you will ensure smooth everyday operations by managing office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, while also assisting colleagues with occasional questions and requests. You will manage front-of-house operations including reception, guest coordination, and meeting room setups. You will also be responsible for health and safety management for the office.Besides handling daily office operations, you will provide Executive Assistant support to the CEO by managing their calendar covering meetings and business travel. You will also handle personal private appointments, personal travel, and other confidential matters.
