Job description
- Running the office reception desk and ensuring visitors are managed appropriately
- Ensure consumables for office staff (stationary, copy paper, business card, blanks, toner cartridges, stamps, cleaning materials, air fresheners, hygiene) and services (cleaning, safety guard, mail, courier, canteen, drink and food machines)
- Manage performance of the suppliers and key handling
- Evolve and refresh internal signage, appropriate office environment
- Ensure work and fire safety in offices and that all floors are meeting health and safety requirements
- Ensure all new employees of TBST Budapest are participating mandatory annual health and safety training
- Ensure periodic budget and forecast regarding the office costs; manage the office cost and try to find saving potentials
- Work with internal Tesco Teams (CE and UK) and 3rd party suppliers to ensure smooth operation of TBST Budapest hub
- Create monthly reports and participate in planning sessions relating to TBST Budapest hub
- Manage projects related to improving the office, such as refurbishments; work together with maintenance and security departments to ensure safety for staff and visitors
- Document, review and refresh office processes, routines and rules monthly and communicate these to office staff via TBST communication channels
- Space planning – tracking teams size, adjusting seating/room allocation to keep teams together
- Identifying problems and enhancements to be made to the office space and implementing change (TVs for team dashboards, lack of big enough fridge, organizing bike stand, lockers for storing personal belongings, more whiteboards/TP units..)
- University degree
- Upper-Intermediate English language
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- MS Office
- Excellent Organization, planning and stakeholder management skills
