Our client ACTRIS is seeking for full-time and permanent positionOfficer, administration (finances)Officer, administration (finances), in the ERIC Management Unit (EMU) manages the daily finances of ACTRIS ERIC (invoices, payments, travel claims), …Työn kuvaus:Our client ACTRIS is seeking for full-time and permanent positionOfficer, administration (finances)Officer, administration (finances), in the ERIC Management Unit (EMU) manages the daily finances of ACTRIS ERIC (invoices, payments, travel claims), supports the financial planning and reporting and the financial management of ACTRIS ERIC projects. Officer participates in the development of the financial processes, including the access funding management. Officer manages the procurements and administrative service provider contracts and tools and acts as the contact point for the providers. Officer also supports other administrational processes when needed.Main tasks and responsibilities include:Daily financial management of ACTRIS ERICSupport to financial planning and reportingSupport to financial process of external projects: budgeting, reporting, access funding management, auditingManagement of procurements and administrative service provider contracts and toolsSupport to other administrative processRequirements:University of applied science or equivalent degree in a suitable fieldExperience in financial management and administrationExcellent organizational and time management abilities.Proactive and punctual approach to daily tasks.Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and in Finnish.Ability to work independently and good teamworking skills.Independent use of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Adode.Considered as an advantage:Experience in financial management of Research Infrastructures, and the legal entity form ERIC (European Research Infrastructure Consortium) or another similar organisationExperience in administrative tools as Netvisor, M2, Nepton, HanselInstructions and how to applyApply for this position via www.staffpoint.fi by attaching your CV, including your salary expectations and a cover letter by the 24th of August.
