Through our unique combination of household heroes and energy assets, we’re at the heart of the energy transition in Ireland, strengthening the country’s energy security and helping customers get ready for a net zero future.The One Stop Shop (OSS) Project Manager’s role is managing and tracking multiple domestic Energy Efficiency Upgrades under the SEAI’s One Stop Shop Scheme to completion, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard. This role will involve overseeing various aspects of retrofits including multiple energy upgrade measures, staying within budget and on schedule while maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfactionThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring highest standards of safety, quality, output and customer satisfaction. They will also have the experience required to liaise with all key stakeholders, internal and external, third party vendors and partner companies, as well as public sector organisations such as SEAI.Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Customer Facing experience managing domestic upgrades, preferably in the Retrofit space aligned to SEAI Scheme regulations.
- NZEB/Passive Housing experience/qualification OR equivalent in civil engineering, quantity surveying, construction or a related field is preferred.
- You’ll have a strong retrofit / building focus with extensive experience in delivering projects of this type, and experience in successfully managing logistics / materials.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and capacity to make informed decisions under pressure to ensure optimal outcomes encompassing the three pillars of safety, quality and output.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to successfully balance customer and commercial needs to deliver successful outcomes
- Proven experience in managing projects and programmes of this nature, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, retrofits, components and relevant technologies along with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team interaction, client, third-party and support staff interaction.
- Proficiency in computer software applications relevant to project management and documentation.
