• Assist customers in placing orders and tracking their shipments, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.
• Address basic customer concerns and complaints with a focus on maintaining a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement of our services.
• Work with fellow team members to share insights and enhance customer support initiatives.
• Familiarize yourself with our product offerings to better assist customers with their needs.

Requirements

• No previous customer service experience is required; we provide comprehensive training!
• Strong command of the English language is essential; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
