If so, we’d love to hear from you.We’re looking for a skilled Operations Assistant to support our daily operations, production coordination, and quality efforts. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across departments, takes initiative, and understands how operations, quality, and logistics work together.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan production activities to ensure efficient workflows
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage inventory and supplies
- Align closely with production teams to ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Support continuous improvement of quality processes and systems
- Manage Certificates of Conformity (COC) and ensure documentation is up to date
- Conduct incoming and outgoing quality checks, including supplier corrective actions (SCAR)
- Assist with internal audits and process reviews
- Coordinate shipping and manage logistics to partners and customers
- Support with internal reports, data analysis, and claim handling
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Solid background in production coordination
- Understanding of SCAR and quality assurance practices
- Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Danish
- Proficiency in Excel and relevant ERP systems
- Experience with shipment and logistics management is a plus
