If so, we’d love to hear from you.We’re looking for a skilled Operations Assistant to support our daily operations, production coordination, and quality efforts. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across departments, takes initiative, and understands how operations, quality, and logistics work together.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan production activities to ensure efficient workflows
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage inventory and supplies
• Align closely with production teams to ensure schedules and objectives are met
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes and systems
• Manage Certificates of Conformity (COC) and ensure documentation is up to date
• Conduct incoming and outgoing quality checks, including supplier corrective actions (SCAR)
• Assist with internal audits and process reviews
• Coordinate shipping and manage logistics to partners and customers
• Support with internal reports, data analysis, and claim handling

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Solid background in production coordination
• Understanding of SCAR and quality assurance practices
• Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills in both English and Danish
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant ERP systems
• Experience with shipment and logistics management is a plus
