The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client transactions.Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requestsComplete settlement tasks daily and on timeCoordinate processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solutionPerform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policiesPrepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reportsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.What we’ll need from you:Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsOrganisational skillsAbility to analyse dataCapable of prioritising workloadWhat we can offer you:This role will provide you with an in depth understanding of the full trade lifecycle and will give exposure to global teams at Citi.Successful applicants will participate in a three week training program if required.We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
