Operations Manager – Helsinki, Joensuu or Tampere (work requires traveling)Take your career to new heights with Kelluu!We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations department, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our flight operations.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including flight missions, personnel planning, logistics, and deliveries.
• Develop and implement operational strategies. Our aim is to fly a lot. This means we produce a lot of airships and open new areas of operations wherever needed.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Safety is a top priority thing when doing flight missions.
• In case needed, you travel to bases to provide support and guidance or work with the customers.
• Manage the operations personnel and take part in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or aviation-related field. We expect you to have some engineering degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Finnish and English.
• Possibility to travel whenever needed, mainly in Nordic countries in the next two years.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented approach. At the end of the day, operations succession is measured in customer deliveries and flight hours.
• A technical background is a plus in the moving machinery or aviation industry.
