We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a highways contract in the Suffolk area. You’ll oversee safe, compliant, and efficient operations, drive performance, and manage client relationships.Key Skills & Experience:·Proven leadership in streetlighting or infrastructure delivery
·Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 & HSEQ standards
·Commercially focused with contract management experience
·Excellent scheduling, communication, and team leadership skills
