Now is an exciting time to join as we grow rapidly around the world!We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team in Finland.You’ll lead and optimize our operations in Finland and Sweden, overseeing 3 hubs with the key goal of ensuring the high performance, reliability, and seamless delivery of our robot services across these locations.You’ll also be leading a team of two direct reports who collectively oversee approximately 10 people across our operational and service teams, including robot technicians and field assistants.Your main responsibilities are:

• Managing daily robot delivery operations to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
• Leading and developing a team of 2 direct reports, collectively overseeing approximately 14 people across our expanding operational and service teams, fostering a motivated and safety-conscious environment
• Supervising the robot fleet’s deployment, utilization, and maintenance, coordinating with technical teams for servicing
• Optimizing processes and efficiency by analyzing data to improve service quality and reduce costs
• Building strong relationships with local partners, merchants, and authorities to ensure smooth operations
• Monitoring performance KPIs, tracking deliveries, robot uptime, team productivity, and reporting to regional management
• Managing operational budgets for Finland, efficiently allocating resources like robots, vehicles, and personnel
• Leading new market expansion, including operational setup, hub finding, deployment, and team onboarding in Finland and the Nordics
• Ensuring safety and compliance across all operations by adhering to protocols and local regulations
• Resolving complex operational issues as the primary contact, troubleshooting, and implementing effective solutions

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience, leading, inspiring, and developing diverse teams (e.g., operations, service, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing)
• A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, making swift decisions and solving complex operational challenges
• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and budget management skills
• Expertise in process optimization and execution
• A data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and local authorities
• Demonstrated project management skills, overseeing initiatives from conception to completion
• Fluency in Finnish and English language
