You’ll:

  • Oversee and lead 5 residential homes (with more to come)
  • Ensure services meet and exceed regulatory standards
  • Coach, support and guide Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care
  • Drive improvement, innovation and cultural excellence
  • Contribute to strategic planning and the growth of our services
  • Champion our core values and inspire your teams to do the same

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-led environment and who is ready to bring vision and leadership to a growing part of our organisation.About YouWhat do you need to bring?We’re looking for someone who combines experience with a values-driven mindset. You’ll need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification in child/adult care/support)
  • Significant management/supervisory experience in multi-site settings
  • Experience working effectively with people with learning disabilities and/or special needs
  • A solid understanding of the Children Act 1989, Quality Standards, statutory regulations, and how they apply in practice – including inspection frameworks
  • Confidence in applying relevant legislation and guidance to ensure quality and compliance
