Diversey combines chemicals, machines and sustainability programmes in an efficient overall concept based on the conviction that cleaning and hygiene are essential for a healthy life.We are leaders in our industry and support our partners in a variety of sectors with customised and innovative hygiene and cleaning solutions in the following industries: Hotel and catering, the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, retail, healthcare or commercial cleaning.We are looking for a committed and motivated person as Consulting Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Food Safety with immediate effect or by arrangement.Responsibilities:Manages the consultants team in a country/cluster.Appoints, selects, trains and calibrates delivery teams (consultants) as for each project needs.Organizes the services deployment, schedule the activities and arrange for deployment ensuring services are delivered timely, with quality, consistency and at the required profitability.Is the interlocutor with third party partners (laboratories, supplies, etc.) and arranges agreements with them.Is responsible for expenditures and delivery costs budgets.Liaises with Diversey Consulting BDM to prepare proposals with objective to provide vision on technical and operational parts.Works with other Operations Managers to coordinate services delivery for international projects.Is Technical Manager to prepare and deploy projects, either at country or international level.Is responsible for purchase orders activation, payments to consultants and third parties and prepares and provides with invoices to customers (on time and manner).Owns Ariba and other possible purchase/payments systems in Diversey.Owns and manages the data management systems for customers (reports, uploads to system, dashboards preparation, etc.).Requirements:University degree in Food Safety related disciplines.Experience of minimum 3 years in technical & operations roles.Excellent communication skills.Excellent operations skills.Fluent in English and GermanLeadership ability.Organizational skills.What we offer:Very good working atmosphere with helpful and committed colleaguesLong-term development and training opportunities within the GroupGood work-life balance thanks to flexible working hours and the option to work mainly from homeA company pension scheme30 days holidayCompany carWe look forward to receiving your application documents (CV, cover letter, references) including salary expectations and availability.
