The department delivers upgrades and conversions across Offshore, Energy, LNG, Merchant, and Naval segments. You will report directly to the Vice President Integration.What you will be doing

• Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled senior engineers and technical leads.
• Ensure successful execution of integrated projects across KM’s portfolio.
• Set clear goals, prioritize effectively, and allocate resources.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

We think you should have

• Relevant engineering degree (college or university level).
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
