Location: Hybrid/London – 3 days in central London, 2 days remote

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £650 per daySpinwell is recruiting for an Oracle HR Functional Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORACLE HR FUNCTIONAL LEAD

• Help shape and support the development of Workforce solutions that improve People and System processes by providing subject matter expertise, guidance, advice and input into architectural, technical and business solutions
• Working closely with Workforce Planning teams on documenting requirements around modelling, analysing and forecasting MPS workforce requirements identifying workforce gaps to inform growth plans and talent needs.
• Insight and oversight of BAU change and how this aligns to the Programme direction and initiatives
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the impacts of potential technical solutions upon or from Workforce related solutions are fully known and understood across the wider MPS technology landscape. Will think critically, challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure solution requirements are fit for purpose and aligned to the strategic direction of the programme covering the breadth and depth of the solution required by Met Shared Services and alignment to the BPO / Service requirements
• Support the definition and development of Workforce reporting solutions that best meet the needs of the function and the customer
• Create and maintain successful relationships across MSS Programme, People and other key stakeholder groups
• Work with external consultants and suppliers in reviewing and delivering solutions for People processes
• Work on clearly identifying, improving/stabilising touchpoints between various Workforce Applications, also integrating with other non-Workforce solutions.
• Will drive organisational workforce systems change and transformation interventions in complex environments.
• Will be confident in working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver within an Agile environment

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ORACLE HR FUNCTIONAL LEAD

• Oracle HR Cloud
• Ideally Strategic Workforce Planning / EPM
• Good senior stakeholder management skills
• Fusion knowledge a massive plus
