This Position reports to:
Order Handling ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, order and payment-related assistance and perform daily order handling operations to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement the customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.The work model for this role is : #Li-HybridThis role is contributing to the ABB Oy, Distribution Solutions and is located in Vaasa, Finland.You will be mainly accountable for:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues
Focusing on the achievement of defined targets, including on-time delivery and requested on-time delivery
Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Production, SCM, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.Our Team Dynamics

A Bachelor`s Degree in Business or related major
A few years of experience in order handling and customer service
Good teamwork and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment and ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Good knowledge of SAP SD-module is seen as an advantageWhats in it for you?
