We are now looking for an Order Handling Specialist to strengthen our team in Tampere, Finland. In this role your focus is to manage order handling and customer related administration. You will cooperate with colleagues and the sales department both remotely and locally, to serve and develop our customer relations. The team you will join includes 4 colleagues in Sweden, so you will represent your team locally in Finland. Because of the location and remote teamwork, your skills to manage tasks independently and work well in hybrid environments are keys for succeeding in the role. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for • Handling incoming orders and placing them into SAP • Handling customer support, as well as offering support for the internal sales team • Issuing Invoices • Managing contracts and call-off orders • Managing the administration of service and quality errands • Responding to delivery related questionsQualifications for the role

• Previous work experience from similar tasks, such as from customer support or supply chain
• Knowledge and experience with SAP or similar CRM/ERP system
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Positive personality with a service minded customer focus attitude
• Independent working style and ability to take initiative in seeking continuous improvements in processes and working methods
• Great communication skills, fluency in Swedish, Finnish and English
• Experience and an interest in digitalization and process automation are considered a plus
