Find us wherever there’s a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.Our Organisational Effectiveness & Agility practice are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the team.We are experts who put people first to transform organisations through effective and efficient operating models, structures and cultures to deliver impact that lasts through a skilled and engaged workforce. This expertise is applied across clients in all of our industry market sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences and Government). What you will be doingOur Organisation Design & Operating Model roles are about partnering with our clients to solve their most complex problems. Our approach is to bring together our deep expertise in leadership and culture change, organisational design, operating model definition, Agile, Lean, service design and technology to design a solution that meets that specific client’s need.
