  • In your role as a consultant/ (partial) project lead, you conceptualize and implement global reorganization and transformation projects with a strong awareness of business priorities and impact (e.g., building organizational structures, lean governance models, supporting M&A and PMI activities)
  • You will be responsible for the management of organizational changes, reorganization processes and governance
  • You collaborate with the business and corporate functions to shape our future organizational setup, generating insights with thorough strategic organizational and workforce planning
  • You inspire your team members with insights on organizational trends, frameworks and best practices, emphasizing the benefits of data-driven organization with lean structures
  • You analyze, conceptualize and implement structural and process optimization measures using your expertise on automation/ augmentation technologies
  • You will develop and coach your colleagues on the job and share your experience and skillset

What You Bring

  • You have at least 3-6+ years of professional experience in organizational development and design, digital transformation, M&As/ PMIs, and/ or organisational change from a consultancy, startup, digital hub or function
  • You have a degree in business administration, behavioral economics, psychology, IT, data science, organizational development or related field
  • You have led sophisticated transformation projects with a focus on people & organization topics as stream/ project/ team lead or similar role
  • You understand the trends in organizational development and design and are familiar with traditional as well as agile organizational structures
  • You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to build use cases (i.e., based on automation, AI etc.)
  • Ideally, you have additional certificates (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) and basic knowledge in automation/ augmentation technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Blue Prism, Python, R, Tableau, Ui Path, VBA)
  • You are well versed in stakeholder management and executive communication
  • You have a growth mindset, ambitious spirit, are eager to learn, and thrive with your challenges
