In this role, you’ll act as a key partner to the SVP, balancing executive support with strategic project assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Calendar & Travel Management: Plan, book, and coordinate schedules, meetings, and business travels
• Executive Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external partners
• Communication & Documentation: Manage correspondence, internal webpages, social media and follow-up on critical tasks
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of discretion in all matters
• Operational Support: Assist in event planning, logistics, and special assignments within a field service setting

What you’ll bring
To excel in this position, you will need:

• Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role at a senior level
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
• Business acumen, strategic support experience, and project management knowledge
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital collaboration tools
• Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience supporting field service operations and coordinating logistics is an advantage
