This role demands deep technical insight, hands-on experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.Strategic LeadershipLead packaging initiatives from concept to implementation across global marketsTranslate business needs into robust, scalable packaging solutionsEvaluate total cost of ownership, secure supply, sustainability, and qualityTechnical ExcellenceApply deep material and process knowledge to optimize packaging performanceBridge packaging design with filling and production capabilitiesScout and integrate global best practices and emerging technologies in packagingStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to co-develop packaging solutionsEnsure global compliance and continuous improvement through complaint handlingActively contribute to internal packaging communities and external forumsSustainability FocusDrive the development of packaging solutions that align with environmental goalsOptimize material usage and reduce waste in collaboration with customersTo succeed you must hold:Potentially relevant experienceTo succeed as Packaging Specialist we expect that you should have solid experience within B2B packaging and material knowledge within foils, plastic types and are curious of exploring new material types. You have previous being implementing solutions which balance business/customer requirements with a strong focus on sustainability.The ideal candidate comes with:Masters degree or other relevant background within Packaging Technology, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)+10 years of experience working with packaging and insight into sustainabilityStrong technical mindset to bridge packaging solutions and filling capabilities.Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.Expertise in scouting and integrating global best practices in packaging.Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental support and collaborationApplication deadline: 16th of August 2025Could our purpose be yours?
