• To manage all company secretarial tasks with oversight from senior colleagues.
• Ensure the maintenance of company secretarial records, including Minute Books and Statutory Registers.
• To liaise with external stakeholders as well as being the point of contact for client companies and their board of directors.
• To manage the proper handling of both corporate and financial transactions of clients.
• To ensure all other requirements under the Companies Act 2014 are met.
• Provide assistance in the on boarding of new client entities.
• Attend shareholder and board meetings, recording and circulating minutes.
• To maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
• Monitor transaction of the companies under management in accordance with the transaction monitoring process and procedure.
• Manage and coordinate the reporting of any legal issues with clients.
• To ensure client files are in accordance with the filing and archiving processes and update models.
• Assist with the training of Junior team members when required.

The Candidate:

• 1-2+ years experience as a Company Secretary.
• Relevant degree in Business or Law.
• Previous experience working in a corporate services provider/law firm.
• Preferably working towards being ICSA qualified or an interest in doing so.
• Experience attending board meetings and drafting minutes.
• Ability to use own initiative and be adaptable.
• Good attention to detail and very organised individual.
