Partner ManagerWe are looking for a “Partner Manager” within our Partner Management organization within TDC ErhvervMy name is Mateo Manby and I am leading our Product Management and Partnership organization. We pride ourselves on our innovative solutions and exceptional service, working collaboratively with our partners to achieve mutual success. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Manager to join our growing team.Your next challenge?As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing the partner lifecycle, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring the success of our existing partners. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building lasting relationships.You will work with areas and tasks such as:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement partner marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and provide insights to optimize partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress, address concerns, and strategize for future growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership performance to senior management.

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving partner success.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of services, market, go-to-market models and industry trends in the area
  • Proven track record of driving change, effectively communicating, influencing and engaging at all levels across a multinational matrix organization
  • Project management skills and experience from innovation
  • Fluent in English.
