Passion for digital transformation and cloud technology?At our team in Ringdalsskogen near Larvik, we are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. We are building an innovative team to power our digital transformation, and you will have the opportunity to play an important role with us and help shape our physical and digital products. We can assure you that it will be a versatile role spanning from early design and needs analysis to realizing the solutions together with our team.As our Senior Cloud Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, driving innovation and leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our cloud strategy and build a team of like-minded innovators. Typical tasks

• Explore and analyze internal and external business needs
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
• Lead cloud architecture initiatives and provide strategic direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
• Support and guide our software development teams in integrating and using cloud technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as the team grows.
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the IT department as they take on the operations role for the platform.
• Be hands-on developing production code.

You should have:Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar senior role with extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. On the technical skills we need you to have:

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in Azure referably or other AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Networking & Security: Understanding of cloud networking (VPC, firewalls, VPNs) and security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance).
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Serverless & Microservices: Knowledge of serverless computing (Azure Functions) and microservices architecture.
• Cloud-Native Development: Experience with cloud-native technologies and architectures.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, and automation tools.
• Databases & Storage: Experience with cloud databases (SQL, NoSQL), storage solutions, and data pipelines.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog).
• Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Strategies: Experience in integrating on-prem and cloud solutions.
