We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with Danish payroll knowledge to join our team at Zalaris Denmark and contribute in delivering exceptional services to our global customers.As an SAP Gold Partner and one of Europe’s leading SAP SuccessFactors partners, Zalaris supports a wide range of cloud HCM and payroll BPO clientsYour Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of your client’s service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform
• Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards.
• Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
• Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge in payroll services. Prior experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
• Practical experience with Payroll and HR systems, ideally in SAP HCM or similar modern platforms.
• Highly proficient in both Danish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Solid business insight with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the abiliy to prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and drive results.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
