Payroll Specialist – Human Resources TeamThis company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their HR team. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience, develop your skills, and play a key role in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with our outsourced provider – from data collection to post-paydate analysis and reportingIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes and automate workflowsManage the full cycle of company benefits (Pension, TaxSaver, Bike to Work, Healthcare): onboarding, leaver processing, queries, and reportingLiaise with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely data managementSupport benefit scheme renewals (e.g., pension, risk benefits)Assist Finance with payroll reconciliationsResolve employee payroll queries and explain deductions clearlyEnsure accurate payroll change controls and implement error prevention measuresSupport payroll-related audits (internal and external)Contribute to payroll and benefits-related projects and provide ad hoc supportWhat They’re Looking For3-4 years of payroll experience in a HR or Finance settingPayroll qualification (e.g., IPASS or equivalent) preferredStrong HRIS experience (Oracle highly desirable)Familiarity with employee benefits administration and HR operationsHigh attention to detail and compliance accuracyProficiency in MS Excel and Office suiteStrong time management, organisational, and communication skills
