Etsimme tällä hetkellä Suomen henkilöstötiimiin osaavaa asiantuntijaa vastaamaan palkkaprosessin sujuvuudesta ja henkilöstömme tukemisesta työsuhdeasioissa. Tulet osaksi viiden hengen HR tiimiä ja raportoit Suomen ja Baltian HR Managerille.Etsimme tarmokasta ja vastuullista ammattilaista, joka viihtyy vauhdikkaassa arjessa ja nauttii muiden tukemisesta ja neuvomisesta. Tehtäväkenttäsi on laaja ja monipuolinen, ja pääset tarttumaan erilaisiin tilanteisiin, joissa osaamistasi todella tarvitaan. Tämä on erinomainen mahdollisuus sinulle, joka haluat kehittyä, vaikuttaa ja olla mukana rakentamassa sujuvaa arkea koko työyhteisölle. Tehtävä on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen.Tehtäviisi kuuluvat

• Palkka-aineiston kerääminen, tarkastaminen ja toimittaminen.
• Palkkaprosessien ja HR-järjestelmien ylläpito ja kehitys.
• Esihenkilöiden ja henkilöstön tukeminen työsuhdeasioissa, kuten TES:ien ja lakimuutosten soveltaminen.
• Yhteydenpito organisaation sisällä ja ulkoisiin sidosryhmiin (esim. vakuutusyhtiöt, työterveyshuolto jne.).

Odotamme sinulta

• Aikaisempaa kokemusta palkanlaskijan tai palkkayhteyshenkilön tehtävistä ja asiantuntemusta työsuhdeasioista.
• Tuntemusta teollisuuden työehtosopimuksista (esimerkiksi teknologiateollisuuden tai kemianteollisuuden TES).
• Soveltuvaa koulutusta (esim. HR, taloushallinto).
• SD Worxin, Visma Aikajanan ja/tai Workdayn tunteminen auttaa sinua tässä tehtävässä.
• Hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja ja asiakaspalveluhenkisyyttä.
• Hyvää suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa.
• Järjestelmällisyyttä.
• Tarkkuutta ja organisointikykyä.
• Kykyä toimia itsenäisesti ja tiimissä.

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our HR team in Finland to ensure smooth payroll processes and support our employees in employment-related matters. You will be part of a five-person HR team and report to the HR Manager for Finland and the Baltics.We are looking for a proactive and responsible professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting and advising others. This is a permanent, full-time position.Your responsibilities will include

• Collecting, reviewing, and submitting payroll data.
• Maintaining and developing payroll processes and HR systems.
• Supporting managers and employees in employment matters, including applying collective agreements and legal changes.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., insurance companies, occupational health services, etc.).

We expect you to have

• Previous experience in payroll or as a payroll contact, and expertise in employment matters.
• Knowledge of industrial collective agreements in Finland (e.g., technology or chemical industry agreements).
• Relevant education (e.g., HR, finance).
• Familiarity with SD Worx, Visma Aikajana, and/or Workday is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English.
• A systematic and organized approach.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
